1. Service Description

Junk Fighters provides professional junk removal services for residential and commercial customers. Services include pickup, hauling, and responsible disposal of unwanted items.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customers must provide accurate information about the junk to be removed, including size, weight, and type of items.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cash, card, or approved digital payments. Any additional fees incurred during service (e.g., excessive volume, hazardous materials) will be communicated in advance.

4. Liability

Junk Fighters is not liable for damages to items not scheduled for removal, pre-existing property damage, or items outside of our control. We handle all removed items responsibly, but we cannot guarantee all items will be salvageable or reusable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for prepaid services are issued at the discretion of Junk Fighters.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the junk and for providing accurate details. Any hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items must be disclosed and may not be removed.

7. Changes to Terms

Junk Fighters may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date.
